I have ordered a modular kitchen and it has been 60 days that there are no signs of getting the delivery. Home lane do the marketing by saying that they would deliver in 45 days and in case there is delay by Home lane , they will pay 1000 per day to customer but it is fake statement.
My kitchen is delayed and when I asked for the timelines, they told me that your project has indefinite timeles to deliver and there is no delay at home lane side as there was Diwali in between the project and their staff is not available. Such a statement is ridiculous and frustrating.
Recommend not to go with home lane as once the get the initial booking amount their tone and timelines changes and leave customer with no option but to go to consumer court.
Very bad experience with customer support and there is escalation matrix to solve the issues of customer.
