Hi. I purchased latest inverter AC in April 2016 and after one month we started facing cooling and water dripping issues continously. Till date 4 times complaint has been logged but result is the same. Story doesn't ends here, Hitachi customer service is so prompt that after logging complaint they even don't bother to arrange engineer to resolve complaint even after 7 days. Last time when I logged complaint I received response from them after 10 days and problem remained unresolved. Most of there engineers are untrained and unprofessional, they even dont know basic things. The engineer who visited last time was asking from us "ye AC kaha se open hoga, apko pata h kya?".This way HITACHI is giving best service to there cuatomers. If any one from hitachi is reading this review kindly take this as important feedback and rectify the issue at earliest.
