This Hitachi product is a 5 star rated device and comes with inverter technology. It is shiny white in colour and comes with a remote.
My views : I bought this AC of 1 ton in 2018. The experience was horrible from the very beginning. First, it took them nearly a week to install the device and I was really angry. Then there was remote issues as sometimes the remote did not respond to the commands. I changed the battery but to no use. Then within a month the compressor stopped working. The device was no longer cooling. I called them up but they only delayed all services. Irritated I exchanged the device with other brand.
Conclusions : My horrible experience with the service, device functionality and wastage of money is a lesson for me. I urge everyone to please opt for other brands insread of wasting money on this product.
