I purchased Hitachi Split AC 1Ton 3Star KAZE from Local Dealer Ankur Electricals NOIDA on 29 April 2012. Throughout the cooling has been poor. Now it stopped cooling and complaint lodged with mt registered number 9868248893. Call Center at 35324848 on 16 May 2017. On 17 May one technician came who said that Defect can be found out only after putting gas.Fair enough .But do that I said. He replied that it was task of another department and he will send them. He already charged 500 as visit charge without having done anything. Since then I am waiting for Hitachi Company Technician to call up.I call up every day the call center at 35324848 who promptly appear to take note and issue urgent reminder .But nothing happens, I Took local service center number 9711620934 from call center. Number is switch off permanently. Another number 9711620938 taken . Again switch off. Another number taken 9711620935. This rings up but no one picks up . Lastly they gave Area Manager's( Rohit) number 9711620667. It is permanently engaged try at least one hour everyday. Now today they say that there is no complaint existing at all . What happened to my money? According to call center guy the receipt is valid for one month, so no need to worry, But do I not need repairs? In this hot summer of North India I regret having put my money in Hitachi thinking that it is a big company so after sales will also be good. But not only after sales is ZERO, they are cheats also.Visit charges are promptly taken . Service is NIL . No track of complaints . After receiving visit charges, they close the matter. You are left with your defective showpiece of Hitachi to discuss with your friends and relatives how big fool you were to invest in Hitachi, thinking that higher price means good service.
