I own an iclean AC by hitachi( 3-4 months old AC) but it sucks as worse than local ACs.Heights of shamelessness for Hitachi, I called up call centre for complaint and was told that Hitachi cannot take complaints for next 3 days( till 25th August) due to system downtime. In this world of advanced IT systems, it sounds like an excuse by nursery school kids to bunk the school.
I have recorded these conversations and would be glad share with any one including known media houses.
Shame on Hitachi!
