Hitachi doesn't even seem to have any Customer Service center of their own even in a city like Mumbai. They have a set of completely useless dealers who have no clue how to repair the Refrigerator. One of their main dealers is Noble Aircon which employs a bunch of uncivilised rude people. They don't responds for days. When their person finally arrived he keept calling other people to discuss the problem with our Fridge as he obviously had no idea what was wrong. Then he said that some part had to be replaced so he would come back with it. Then they said that the part was not available and that they would have to order it. It has now been 12 days and they have not yet come to repair our Fridge with this part! In Mumbai City! Are we moving in some village with only Bullock Cart access that it would take 12 days for a part to arrive? On to of that their service engineers don't even have the decency to speak with you respectfully and keep discounting you call while you are still speaking.
I would strongly suggest that no one should buy a Hitachi Fridge as their customer Service sucks big time!
