In this hot summer, after 20-25 follow-up, Hitachi service centre is not able to service my AC which is not cooling. Today is the 12th day after I logged the complaint and till date after regular follow-up (Twice a day!), their technician has not even called me back.
God knows what will be the total time required for them to fix the issue if they are not able to callback after 12 days!!
Every time the customer service will say that they are forwarding the complaint, raising the priority etc. Temperature is 48 degrees in Delhi-Gurgaon and they are so insensitive to their valued customer.
