I bought a 1.5 ton Hitachi AC last year on 23 Apr 2011, now my 1 year warranty is due to expire.
I called up Hitachi Customer care to avail my free service(request no.: 12041200986) on last 12 Apr 2012 and they told that the person will call me anytime Mon-Fri to fix an appointment.
Today it's one week and I haven't got any call from them I called up their customer care twice but they only have one answer that I'll be getting call anytime Mon-Fri seems like they have hired Parots whoc just keep on repeating the same statement.
I called them again today and the their answer was that they can only take request and can't do anything else, I requested them to transfer to supervisor and they refused to do so and asked me to call again and on IVR select option 2, which I already did, now they comeup with new excuse that the line on option 2 must busy hence it is transferd to option 1, so I should keep on trying and one fine day if I have luck I'll be able to speak to right person
So the better the product they have the worst the after sales support .
