My brother is a 2nd year B.tech student in Hindu college of engineering. He joined this college due to it's PLACEMENT records. It is well known in Delhi NCR for it's placements and academics. It is a good college with EXPERIENCED FACULTY but somewhat lacks in extracurricular activities. The normal routine of the college is 7 lectures per day and none of the lecture is free.It greatly focuses on the student's academic results.A lot of events are held in the college in the college where the students can participate and show their talents. But it is more like a SCHOOL. There are a plenty of restrictions for the day scholars as well as the hostellers. This is good for the parents but not for students. Apart from this, the CROWD of the college is good too. A huge crowd belongs to Delhi. As I am from Delhi, I was a little worried about the accent of the teachers from haryana but now It's not a point to worry about. The teachers do teach well in Hindi and English .( not haryanavi ) . Overall, I would recommend you to join this college if you are really serious for your future and want to concentrate more on your academics part.
