Hi, This is renu.
I had a dark circles since my school days. Its all because of lack of proper sleep.
Once I started using this product I feel the changes in my under eye. Actually this product contains Neem, which helps to lightens the dark circle, and vitamin - E oil is added, which protects our eyes from Pollution and UV-Rays.
