Himalaya is one of the famous brands for herbal products. At first, it started its operations in Dehradun and later spread to all parts of the country.
I have bought this Himalaya Muscle&Joint Rub pain relief tube to get relief from an ankle sprain and finger joint pains. The main ingredients are Red Pepper, Five-Leaved Chaste Tree Leaves, Tasmanian Blue Gum Tree Oil, Sesame Oil, Holy Basil, Sweet Flag, Black Pepper Musk Root Oil extract & Castor Oil. All are natural products which help in Pain relieving, swelling and relief from Joint Inflammation.
It is packed in a white tube with green color cap, its net weight is 20 grams and its actual price is Rs. 45 but bought the same at Rs. 40/-. The cream is little thick in consistency and is beige in color. The cream spreads easily and dissolves well into our body after gentle rub. It has an herbal smell in it does not have any artificial fragrance.
Every day before going to bed I gently rub the cream on finger joints and little massage the pain areas. It does not give instant relief but after regular use, it shows its effectiveness. I recommend this for everyone as it does not any side effects like burning sensation, red rashes etc.
