its easy to use himalya shampoo just simply apply it daily 1 time a day when you take bath
just apply it and wash it.
after regular use of 2-3 weeks you can see the possitive effects
its doesnt stop hairfall
its just reduce it.
fragnance is nice
a nice smell comes from hairs after wash.
