I have gone too many times hide out pizza in my emergency but I did not find it good. For your order you have to wait for a long time. I really don't like hide out pizza. It does not fulfill all your choices. I have realised that nature of servents is also not good. They behave rudely.
FOOD AND PRESENTATION
The food they provide is also not good. Food seems to be unhygienic. Some times dishes they provide are dirty and even they don't clear it. Once I had gone to hide out pizza and ordered Paneer tikka pizze. After getting my pizza I found the Paneer( chease) they used was stale. It was not also smelling good. I have eaten that pizza and at night I fell ill. I am saying that food is unhygienic of this shop.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service is also not good. they don't take order with responsibility. They took a long time to complete your single order. Some time they don't listen you. You have to tell many times to them for your order. Some time they changes your order means you will order some food but they will give you another food. When I went there I found menu to be dirty. Sitting place are also not clean. Which is not good for a shop.
VALUE FOR MONEY
Value of money of hide out pizza is not good. They provide low quality food at high price range. I think they should increase the quality of their foor or they should decrease the price of their food. At this price range we will get a better option.
CONCLUSION
Overall if I say, hide out pizza is not good for you. It does't provide you hygienic food which will cause your illness. So don't go there and don't use food of that shop.
