I am from Chennai and this is a honest opinion of mine on all Hero service centers in the city.
Hero was good with 100 cc bikes but rest are bullsh*t. All bikes sales including CBZ came down since 2014 because of bad service and engine faults.
Even after servicing in Hero centers for 4 years, I had to re-bore the engine which hero didnt take responsibility and there is not point in giving 5 years guarantee.
Cons:
They steal petrol(even after checking it and made it recorded on service slip)
Fit with duplicate spares/rob bike parts
Handles bike roughly which lead to few broken parts
Suggest to replace spares which are very costly even it can be used for long
I wont recommend Hero now for 150 CC and above segments. Go for Honda or Yamaha which has robust engine as its proved since long. And it has best 150+ cc bikes
