Most pathetic service, they took the booking but could not send anyone to collect the sample, I talked to 4 collectors they continuously kept shifting it to the next available person. Got a call from their HO and requested to give a 2nd chance but the same thing repeated the person who was suppose to come, called me several times and asked to share location after so many calls he said it is not serviceable area.I do the lab test through Apollo, 1mg etc, they are always on time.
Experienced the most pathetic service from Healthians.
Would suggest not to trust them as they are non professional and not trust worthy, they wasted my 2 days whereas I could have got the reports much before if I had booked from any other lab.
