No complete report after 4 days of taking blood sample. TAT quoted was 72 hours but after 100 hours I had to call their support on status, and then they informed that resample will have to be taken and they cannot give report. This test can only be done at fixed time in menstrual cycle so we have to wait for another month. No option provided to reschule to next month.
After lot of inquiry I was informed that resample is needed as they collected "insufficient sample". Which is a clear mistake on healthians side yet they are unwilling to provide proper refund. Team is giving partial refund of 420 rs for the 1 test not complete. I paid 3200, the 1 test missing is listed on their site from 1900 MRP and 1000 minimum after discount. Morever these are hormone tests so they have to be done together for clinical diagnosis. So now I have to pay the full 3000 again for tests but healthians is unwilling to give refund beyond 420.
Their customer care support is in a loop without any escalation channels. Phone support redirects to email cs@healthians.com to escalate. When mailing there, there is automated response to open a link to give complaint. The link redirects to whatsapp chat. On whatsapp chat they automatically connect to phone support. And phone support asks to mail again.
No one giving a information on escalation channel after asking on all channels. No one is taking request to provide formal report on why last test report was not given out.
Complete lack of responsibility by team once they get your money.
