I ordered two routine urine tests for both of my parents from Healthians two days ago. Today is the third day and I have still not received the reports. My parents are on antibiotics. It was an urgent test to decide if the medicines had to be continued or not. These people have still not provided me with my test results. Despite repeated phone calls and requests, I am still awaiting the results. They charged me 3 times what I usually pay for the tests. I feel cheated. Please refund me my money. I swear not to get any tests done from this lab in future.
