Healthcaremagic.com is an Indian health and medicine company that makes appointments with doctors and charges commission.The service is okay but still needs to improve a lot and the support team is also very weak and untrained and need to work well with customers.The information depth is also very low and limited to certain places.The content timeliness is also very old and out-dated and needs improvement.The design is also very normal and simple to use from usability point of view.The website load time is also very slow.
