We came here to Healing Hands From Jawhar, near Palghar. We have consulted a number of hospitals and doctors before coming here.
We online searched for more options and came across Dr. Porwal sir's videos. We found all of them and the methods were quite comforting. We thought of trying to contact you at least once. We called and Dr. Namita received the call. She counseled us. And gave us detailed information about the treatment procedures. She cleared all the doubts.
Still, at some point in the back of the mind, we were unsure about it. As not all that looks good online provided the same quality. So we decided to visit once. Many of the doctors whom we approached before we found it quite a money-making business. All they wanted was for us to go there and get operated on. They were not even concerned about patient's mental status is patient comfortable or not. So that fear was always in the mind.
After coming here today we found everything that was visible online. Actually a much better version of it. We came from a lot of distance so we were taken care of everything.
In our previous experience, we had to run at different places for blood tests and MRI scans. Here we did not have to run for anything anywhere.
Most importantly we were especially taken care of by Healing Hands Foundation. Yes, we are not financially stable post-pandemic. We spoke to Dr. Namita about it.
She managed everything for us. It was really unexpected that under charity patients are also treated equally like VIP patients. We did not have to move even a needle here(just a phrase).
I mean they all took care of us so nicely. I'm expressing this because I do not want others to be misguided to others. Yes, Healing Hands provide you what they promise. The system that works here is like on auto mode who know what patient and relative actually need. They do not only care for patients but also provide comfort to relatives as well.
Wonderful experience. I'm happy to see and witness such a hospital and its hospitality here.
Once again
Thanks to Dr. Ashwin Porwal, Dr. Namita, Dr. Varsha, Sisters, and Dr. Manisha madam and Foundation's Tejashree madam. All staff and mama's and maushi's each and every person.
These all people helped him to cure before going home.
Fistula is a serious thing, and it should be taken seriously. I really loved that Foundation is also working towards awareness of such health conditions. These issues need to come in focus and must be normalised to speak about. As only the one who suffers know the pain.
Kudos to the team and Healing Hands Family
