I feel this review is:
I have a experience with their home loan service. First their processing time is lengthy. This is frustrating especially when you are in a hurry to secure your property. The customer service experience has also been less than satisfactory. It often takes the multiple follow ups to get a clear response . After some struggle they finally, the fees and charges associated with the loan and makes the overall cose higher than anticipated. The staffs are not attentive . They also includes the hidden charges of home loan. Which is burden. Hdfc home loan is almost a fraud . They dont answer your calls and keep the process lengthy . Thru also provide the transaction fees and charges of loan which is not discusses in meeting. I would never recommend this bank to anyone
