I feel this review is:
HDFC life insurance have a wide range of policy of different life stages. The customer service is not responsive . They do not provide thd clear guidance through oht the policy life cycle. They have hidden tax and charges. The online portal and mobile app are nit user friendly. The hdfc life insurance is expensive comoared to the some other competitiors. The police terms and the conditions have a complex wording. The staff is not attentive. They don't answer the calls . There is a quite huge queue in the branch. Life insurance is not perfect it is not pocket friendly I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
