I am a Raghavendra D. I have taken a home loan from HDFC bank, Yelahanka branch.


1) Construction cost as per Engineer quotation:14500000rs


2) The bank agreed for 7400000 rs of 9.70% of interest for the B Katha site and as per the level of construction, they have released the amount.


3) My previous employment fixed pay is 1335000rs/Annum


4) All my EMI are paid properly in COVID time also.


5) Loan account number: 64184xxxx


6) Construction is almost completed, now granite work is ongoing.


7) Due to the shortage of the Amount the work is getting slow.


Once again I have consulted with the sales team for the enhancement of the Loan Amount to 2500000.


1) They have suggested submitting a few documents and payslips.


2) Then I have shared all my increment letter with payslips to the Manager


3) New organization offer letter and joining Letter with HR confirmation.


4) My salary has been increased to 1800000 rs/annum


Problem:


1) The manager is not working properly and taking proper responses and decisions.

a. The manager will not respond on time


b. She will take three days to take to respond to one Email


c. She is not involved with this issue and resolves.


d. There is no formal discussion with clients.


2) The technical team.


The person Name: Edwin Samuel(Edwin.stxxxx@hdfc.com)


a. The Edwin, he did not visit the location


b. But he directly sends a mail to the finance team, saying that 7 lakhs only can offer.


c. Then I have shared all photos to the manager and asked an explanation, on what basis he allocated 7 lakhs.


d. Then Edwin called me personally not able to provide a proper explanation, so finally he agreed to provide the amount that is expected.


e. The employees don’t have the proper experience, directly involved processing.


f. Due to him, the enhancement process had been delayed for almost 1 month.


3) Financial team


The employee name: Aparna Ashok(Aparna.axxxx@hdfc.com)


a. Madam Aparna, the great person she doesn’t have a common sense its self.


b. Today send one mail, she will reply after 2 to 3 days.


c. She will not give any explanation, her self takes a decision.


d. Managers also not telling anything.


e. These guys are not interested to do business.


f. They don’t know how the response to customers


g. They are making more troubles to customers


h. She directly sent mail I can increase 12 lakhs, without reason.


i. Worst behaviors with customers.


Note:


1) I never expected from HDFC Bank


2) Because of this I have suffered almost 2 months


3) I have got full pressure from Labors for payments


4) I have cross verified other banks, I am eligible for what I have expected from HDFC bank


5) Simply this bank is doing this kind of drama


6) My cibil score is also very high


7) Please don’t go with HDFC bank for a home loan, the process is not good


8) Simply they are delaying the payments.
