Not only very poor but also dangerous. I just filled my application forms and signed it. But along with the card I got an insurance policy and a letter stating that I have opted for automatic debit for my telephone bills. When inquired, they even sent me the form which they claim that I have filled. But it was completely filled by someone else and they have even put my signature.
I don't know what the f_ck the verification department is doing. Even a child can differntiate the signature which is forged and the signature which I have given as proof. Also they have never called me and confirmed this over phone or anything. Just did it. I don't know who gave all these rights to them. Now I have blocked my card and figting against them for these bluders wasting all my time, energy and phone bills. Really I am going to file a complaint against them. I don't understand one thing from the customer care.
They always wanted us to write a letter for correcting their blunders. Worst banking experience. So many phone calls I have done to HDFC and so many phone calls I have received from HDFC but in not even one single person from their side seem to worry about this issue.
