mr capoor what abeautiful your bank was few monthsback.Have you recruited well trained staff?I am retired,how many time you want me to visit your bank for one work. on 11-10-06 I had given five certificates of different firms to demateralise my physical shares to demat acct.The forms were taken by thakurcomplex branch kandivali-east after through inspection as the same was rejected for mistake of writting distinctive no s in place of certificate no.If there was little understanding the same could had taken by taking my intial or signature. After ten days I opened my account and show that only two certificates have beentransfered.I visited the branchmanager on 24-10-06. she told that she does not look in demat and directed me to asst manager. I told her that isin was not entered in one form properly by your staff and hence form is returned.Instead of helping me she told that isin should be entered by me.Then I showed the coloumn where it is mentioned that isin should be entered by DP.Then she called the clerk and scolded her forwritting wrong isin.Then clerk took the same form and told me thatshe will do needful. Then I asked her to confirm where me rico india shares have reached.SHE phoned to lower parel office and told that there is problem with firm and overall she told that she has no idea how long it will take
I CAME HOME and tried to send e-mail to customer and investor cell but the same was returned. then I contcted executive at lowerparel.first of all they told that we have not recieved any shares for demat. when I repeated the whole story then she told that we are following with the company. NEXT day I complained that my wife atlascopco shares wich were showing as pending demat were missing from acct.first the same reply came that we have not recieved the shares.I got angry and asked for superior.She made me to hold and then cut the line.Again I rang, this time she told that company has rejected and the certificate is with company.
CAN ANY ONE HELP ME TO APPROCH THE OFFICER INCHARGE OF RTI AS I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY E-MAIL COMPLAINED WAS BLOCKED BY INVESTOR AND CUSTOMER CELL
