Hi guys, I want to share my bad experience with you.
My very first company opened my salary account in hdfc, after few year I changed my job, due to some circumstances I could not maintain min 10, 000 rs. balance, and I forget about it.
So hdfc start deducting penalty every month with out any warning and after deducting money they did not inform me. After 5 months when I opened my account I was surprised.
I contacted in my main branch in Gurgaon, a official lady told me that they will return my 90% amount back, but I got my only 40% amount back, many time I went there but she is not giving proper response.
They cheat me I want to close my account.
Whenever I complaint in customer care service they are registering my complaint.
So think guys this is Hdfc bank service with their customers.
