Unprofessionnal bank. Review on HDFC Bank

Hi all, this review is regarding HDFC sadsh*gar branch, banglore

In todays  world  every one is  busy  performing  duties .

I am a senior manager in an IT firm . And maintained HDFC bank account for than 4years The bank has a been pathetic to serve to the customer, the following points will clarify how 1)Bank  forcibly gave  superia platinum CREDIT card, yearly fees 3000+ Rs

2)you cannot see bank statements beyond  6months . wah  superb online banking sometimes it blocks to 2months statement

3)So called relationship manager forcibly made all to email statements

4)checquebook delay in a main metro like banglore It has been 13days since I have applied online after 3rd DAY "CHEQUE SENT VIA .COUIER " AFTER "7th day: CHEQUE NOT DELIVERED, in bank COLLECT " AFTER 13th day "  CHEQUE  returned back " I have to cry dealing with these apart from buzy job schedule .

, my car loan is pending car dealer queue batch will be  missed if loan is not given on time .

escalated the matter, till now no help

5)RELATION SHIP MANAGERS for name  shake bank says you are preferred customer RM twice fixed appointment, never showed up . Bank manager Rajib called to settle with a new RM .again he is not reachable I am caught up  with cheque being returned issue

Thinking of shufting every paisa to ICICI ./AXIS . very good service fom icici so far
