Convenience is the most important thing in today’s busy world. And that’s what HDFC bank offers.
HDFC bank is spread over 105 locations in India. And the bank has got maximum numbers of ATM centers; this helps in case of any emergency.
One day an HDFC sales representative dropped in my office and approached me to open an account he also explained me about the joint account. Well the guy was able to convince me enough to open an account. I already have an account in Stan Chart bank (and I do not have any problem with it) and Canara Bank (I am not satisfy with their services.)
Well I thought let’s go ahead and open a joint account with my fiancée because even she was looking for a most convenient bank.
We both signed the application form and I gave him copies of few documents along with our pictures. Account opening was hassle free it hardly took 30 minutes to complete everything. He promised that all the procedure would take 1 week. But to my surprise I received three packages on second day itself, two were our account-opening package and other our chequebook. The next day I received two more packages one was for my Debit-cum-ATM card and other for my fiancée along with the PIN numbers.
By mistake they sent me only ATM card instead of Debit card. I just submitted my ATM card signed an application form and next day I received my Debit card.
Once my fiancée broke the Debit card in anger and I had to apply for the new one well I thought it would be a long process but no it just took 1 working day after submitting the form for the new Debit card. I think HDFC service is the fastest of all.
The Bank is open till 8-00am to 2-30pm except Thursday. It offers Internet banking, Phone banking etc. HDFC even offers Consumer, Education and Home Equity loans etc.
The Customer services are efficient and helpful and the service is always given with a smile.
It’s been more than eight months and till now I haven’t faced any problems with the branch as well as their ATM centers.
HDFC is the most convenient and friendly bank.
