I open an account in HDFC bank for good service and facilities. But, I'm not satisfied by the bank service, facilities and customer care service.
My ATM is not working and I contact HDFC customer care and they tell me a long procedure to get an another ATM card to en-cash my money. When I get another ATM card from my home branch, the ATM is not working after 48 hours.
Then I contact customer care again to resolve the problem but they said that my card is not activate and I have to submit my documents and ID proof again in my home branch.
I only like the Internet Banking of HDFC bank.
And I don't recommend this bank to anyone.
