Its my pleasure to give review about HCL. My wife is working for this company for past 7 years.
Hcl gives lesser salary only as they are indian company, They starts their freshers from 2.5 to 3.5Lakhs only.
They gives transportation facility for paid basis only.
Job security is very high in this company as compared to other IT companies after the US visa issue.
Carrier Growth is little slow as compare to other company but we can afford this against job security.
Working environment is excellent as it has well designed cabins and area.
CEO of the company is Sivnadar Sir, He is excellent as he is came from south tamil nadu and grown to this level is awesome. I give 100% for CEO and he takes care of each and every employee.
