We wanted to shift our household items from 2nd floor in the same apartment to ground floor. We contacted Transworld as they were good when we shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad. But they declined telling they don't do in city shifting. We posted our requirement in Justdial.com and many responded. HCL was the first one to quote lowest rate, so we opted for them. They charged 1200/-
They came without any packing material. The shifting was pathetic. Even though we told them not to shift computer table without detaching they just lifted and broke it. Fridge also got damaged. They used all our bedsheets to pack the things!!
The way they spoke, their attitude and behavior was also very bad.
Never ever go for any Movers and Packers, unless somebody recommends them to you.
HCL MOVERS AND PACKERS - they are not at all professional, don't go to them.
Three persons came to do the shifting. Again after such a pathetic shifting they were asking for more money. Initially when I asked him to do the packing properly, one of them said, ' what more will you get for 1200/- for the money you are paying this is what we will do!!'
Bargaining does not mean at the cost of quality. What if you take less money at spoil more precious items. It was really hell of an experience. It was like they just dumped everything from this house to that house and left.
They used lift for shifting all the items. Thus not much work for them. And they had left back most of the items in the house. Because we went back checked every room we could bring them. If we hire them while shifting from city to city you never know what all things will be left behind!
