Hi guys, this product is fully bundle of problems, dont go for it.
User friendly for few months once it will start give problem then you will not think about its user friendly property.
Guys, listen this is not reliable and will not give you support long time. I used this HCL desktop in my office and no body were satisfied and were avoid HCL desktops.
I dont think its value for money is good, it is my advice you should not purchase.
The buggest problem is their customer care service, they never pick the phone, if they pick then put on hold for a long time, I have been very disappointed from their services and support that is why writing to you guys so that can understand.
