I am calling customer care no. for 2 months. I have filed a complaint against faulty power sockets and that is super expensive(core). But they are making fool some time they said by mistake they canceled the request. Now they are saying the product is not available.
I didn't get any assistance from them.
I have emails but I didn't get a single revert. Below is a copy of the email:
Hi,
I have bought Havells(Coral) sockets and MCB(black color). In few days 1 socket and MCB stop working. I have filed a complaint but it didnt resolve yet. Even the customer care ppl insisting me to use white socket I have requested them that we are using black socket at whole flour then how we can use a white one. Havells is a big company, still, you are giving such a worse service. It's been a month I am following you. Today when I called them they said that they canceled my request without asking me they put my complaint under duplicate complaint. How such a careless team is there in Havells. I suppose to use your products in my organization. Bad this bad behavior change my decision. Request you pls look into the matter.
