Grab tree, the worst quality plastic switches. These switches become powder after few years of installation in high humid climate lications like Mumbai, Chennai, Tuticorin etc. The quality of plastic used in the manufacturing of these switches are of inferior quality. Havells is doing this business as to force the cunsumers to replace the entire set of the switch and wall fittings as the Grabtree is not for sale in loose pieces. You have to buy a box of dozen switches to replace one switch. Havells’ products are not worth for the price.
It looks like Havells is issuing their products to civil contractors during construction of houses. Because the buyer has to replace the electrical fittings every 5 years at a higher price.
Havells is a cheating business model.
