Dear Friends
Think twice before purchasing Havells Water Geyser.
Product gives knocking sound from the day 1.
My father purchased Havells 15L Bueno Geyser on 9th Nov 2015.
From the day one - Geyser was giving knocking sound.
On multiple complaints Havells service engineer came and did the service by opening up the unit and repaired it.
Since it was a brand new product, I was expecting that Havells will replace the unit since it was giving problem from the day 1, but they are responding in very weird way and, by repairing the brand new product they are behaving as if they did a big favour.
Havells product and service is of very bad quality. Think twice before taking Havells product.
They sell faulty products, and will service it upon multiple complains within 4-5 days of your purchase of that product.
Complaint no.: Ek194140 on which they repair the brand new product within 4 days of purchase.
