Hired them to move our stuff from Mumbai to Bangal. Review on Hathway Packers & Movers

I hired Hathway Packers And Movers for 27th June last week after doing some research and reading reviews on quora. I had a pleasant experience with them as a whole. Sayed Ali and his team of 4 reached my house at 10.30 am for a 2 bedroom house move from Mumbai to Bangalore. His team efficiently and with professional expertise packed all our household goods into decent sized cartons using good quality packaging material and sticky tapes. Sayed went on promptly labelling( Hall, kitchen, fridge, microwave etc) and puting serial numbers on them as well as on his own paperwork which I was given a copy of as well at the end for number tally. This went on till the 40th carton was labelled. Crockery was packed with such great care with the help of newspapers as bubble wrap seemed to be a part of the blanket plastic ban then. All the boxes were carefully handled and loaded on a tempo which was then going to be loading our stuff into a closed "shared" container( to maintain lower transport cost) which would reach Bangalore in next 3 days. I also took the 3% insurance for the safety of my goods which I thankfully did not have to claim at all . Like Sayed had said, the driver called me a day before to let me know when he was delivering our goods. The truck did reach on the third day and the unloading was done with similar care. They unwrapped the bigger free standing items like fridge, table, washing machine etc and left the soft boxes for me to deal with at my pace. I had the freedom of getting the boxes kept at my desired places all over the flat. All my goods reached in a good condition. This was my first moving experience and a remarkable one all because of the smooth hassle free move. Thumbs up to Sayed and his hard working team. Hathway Packers And Movers has indeed earned my trust and I will return to them if I need to move in future as well?
