I had shifted my goods, car and 2 Two wheeler from Thiruvananthapuram to Bhubaneswar through Hathway Packers and Movers vide order no. LR 1068 dated 27.5.2018. I had paid extra money for a separate truck. However, they unloaded in Bangalore and shifted to another cargo with somebody else's luggage and I was not informed about this. My goods have been damaged(photo enclosed) . There is no response from Hathway. One Mr. Rakesh(Ph no. 9790551101) who is in charge of Kerala zone is a highly irresponsible person. I had contacted him on 40-50 occassion but he never bothers to take your phone. This is the after sale services of Hathway. Till date I am not aware of when my car will arrive.
