Hathway provides little bit bad service to the cable customer. last 3 years I am using hathway cable. starting of the few months they provide good service then after trouble in cable. sometimes channel valume problem & sometimes channel clarity problems. last 1 month I saw some channels which has not good working after 10 PM. I had complained to my area cable operater but always he said sent a man.
The man had came 5-7 days after complaint. its horrible service provider by hathway.
