Hathway is an average cable provider with not a great service and also no value for money. I am writing this review after 6years of use and I must say they don't need their customers to continue. I am using this because I have very minimum usage. The picture and sound quality are good for some of the channels whereas it is pathetic to some channels. In TV guide not all channels are shown and also not all shows are shown. The service and support are worst. NO one will attain you seriously. They are just working for timepass. Value for money is ZERO. I will never recommend this to anyone.
