ISPs use this trick to extract 1months extra pay telling you used it. In INDIA no rule or easy way a working person can prove that bill is fraud. Well wanted to terminate hathway for fraud Technics c.care is full of unreliable persons. they cALL and send sms fake offers .
At last taje paymet 3 -6months and never credit the free days /months! In todays world this kind of businesses wil never survive. They purposedly slow down video streams torrents go fine

However bearing in mind the same level of support, service, I had planned for ISP new connection location in HRBR layout in 2015. Whenever I wanted to use hathway it, the speed goes down, esp during weekends. And the worst part is, 50MBPS is true flop .
What would of not giving good service. What's the point? of harassing customers. They need to increase the quality of service in this area, otherwise, get ready to shut it down, because the competitors are very, I mean real good in this area. LIke ACT. friends using ACT and proud to be part of it now since 2015.
