I was receiving regular calls/msgs from your team regarding the renewal of the internet plan without any disruption. When I spoke to Mr. Rahul(an employee of Hathway) he guided me with the plan details against which I paid the renewal amount of Rs.550/- on 20th August 2020. And he told me the setup will be done by the same day till 6 PM. Since yesterday that person has not answered my calls nor even called me till yet, when I tried to call him from an unknown number he said he will be at my place for the setup till today at 6 PM. I am eagerly waiting for the setup as I am doing my office work from home but your so-called team is too busy to collect the money from the customers without any services.
Well, I was calling too many of your different numbers and they told me that speak to Rahul as we can't help you. Also, my billing is started from the date of payment without any setup and the status is reflecting that the renewal amount is Rs.750/- when I did the payment of Rs.550/-. You guys are really doing fraud with the customers and giving the wrong commitments which absolutely define that Hathway is totally a fraud company.
Earlier, I faced the same issue though which I don't want to renew but your team assures me that this time I will not face any problem from your end. We all know that in the current situation of Covid-19, most of the people are doing work from home. Similarly, I am not able to do my work just because of no internet and no setup from you guys. Now, tell me who will bear my loss, will you guys be able to give me my 2 days' salary?
Well, it is clear that Hathway is totally fraud, giving wrong commitments to customers and just taking money from the customers to complete their targets.

I am requesting you to kindly refund my money otherwise I will be going to log a complaint against your company in the consumer court and will not let you guys so easily.
Even they are not responding to my calls. I did so many calls but doesn't get any response from them. Screenshots are attached for your reference.
In the morning, one of their employee Mr. Sameer told me that he will be at my place till 2 PM. But as usual, another day passed and he has no value of time nor even of his words. Again I tried to call him but he is not responding to my calls.
This Hathway company is totally fraud, they don't know the value of time nor even their customers. They are just taking the money from the middle-class people and after that create the issues for them.
