After looking at a number of 1-star reviews, I thought why should I even add this 1 star but anyways,


They have harassing sales agents, who would try to lure you setting wrong expectations and trying to convince you by their lame sales pitch. Nevertheless, I ended up taking this connection as at that time, this was the only one available at the place I moved.


Initially, they try to be prompt however calls to customer care are a complete waste of time as they only give useless answers which leave you with even more frustration.


Our internet connection started to drop intermittently, while I would be on skype call(read office work), calls would drop and I had to restart the modem, I thought it was one off situation however it continued to happen again, again and again.


I was fueling up with anger with my office calls being abruptly dropped, when I call customer care they simply say its an odd issue restart the modem and it should work fine, when I mentioned its NOT one-off situation they said they will send an executive home to look at the issue, living up to their expectation they without even coming to my residence, closed the ticket and I received a message that they closed the issue(WOW). My BP machine could have burst, at this moment.


I called customer care and complained and again same thing repeats and this time there is an executive home(what Joy), he does something for a min and says I fixed it when we asked what happened he said well nothing some issue with modem now its fixed, we felt relieved only to get back to our initial frustration after he left a few hours the issue started again.


The drill continued, this time, no executive again, and the internet kept troubling us like hell, we called, we shouted, we plead nothing worked, no one came, I escalated to everyone I could nothing happened, I even said I will get the connection disconnected and gave them some time, nothing happened, we somehow managed to use it until we had to pay for next bill and happily got another service provider.


Now, even after a year, they call me, message me to recharge and with some offers(LOL). There were people calling me asking why I got the connection disconnected, 1st time I explained patiently, the person understood, however, I received another call a month after, and after and after. I simply block their numbers from calls and messages.
