I Have taken Hathway Brodband services from last six months and as per their mentioned plans I am also getting good service and support. but once or twice in every month I got very bad connectivity means totally disconnected, sometimes its frustating me, but when I call for technical support, they give me proper service and support. if problem not solve on call then they send their engineer or they arrange callback from their network engineer, their engineer come to our place and solve problem. I just want to say Hathway Brodband is almost good.
