I am using Hathway broadband for many years in Pune. The biggest issue in the past was frequent downtime and not sufficient responsiveness from the customer service. I had to escalate multiple times to the nodal officer.
But in last year, things have improved much. I haven't experienced lot of downtime recently and even response from customer service has improved.
Still there's long way to become a real professional service provider.
