Hello. I have taken my Hathway Broadvand connection before two months. The plan I have taken is their 30mbps plan. I am totally disappointed by tge internet speed it provides most of the time. In this lockdown most of the things you do is online stuff such as work from home, online classes etc. But I can't attend my online classes regularly because the internet gets disconnect in the middle. It is very irritating that 30mbps speed plan is that worst. Mainly when the weather is a bit cloudy or rainy tge speed drops drastically. I have called there customer service but they come and do something with the wires and modem and say it will work fine from now. But after a day or so the speed again decreases. I am very much not satisfied with their service.
I would not recommend this to anyone.
Now I have taken jio broadband connection and it seems that jio is far more better than Hathway broadband.
