When I first walked into the movie, my expectations were not very high. The first two movies, I thought, were the best of the series mainly due to screenplays that closely followed the original books. Pacing has certainly been an issue in all the Harry Potter Flicks. As a Hollywood film, it deserves praise, bringing this amazing world to the big screen. However, to the die hard fans of the books, you will undoubtedly be disappointed.
After a summer of isolation in the Muggle world, Harry Potter (Radcliffe) returns to the magic community only to discover he is the victim of mockery in the wizard media - few believe in the return of the evil Lord Voldemort (Fiennes), which he experienced first-hand at the end of year four. On top of this, two lethal Dementors turn up and Harry is forced to use magic Patronus spell, resulting in expulsion from hogwarts. Harry is cleared of the charges with support from dumbledore and returns to Hogwarts.
Harry soon discovers that Umbridge (New Dark Arts teached)has been installed as High Inquisitor at Hogwarts by the paranoid Minister Fudge, with orders to reform the school and dethrone headmaster Dumbledore . Meanwhile, Harry prepares his army to fight Voldermort. The end of the movie includes the key to all the puzzles. Hence do watch it in theatres for the good animation and graphical effects. Overall, I would certainly recommend the movie for everyone, fan or not, as it really was a well made movie.
