One of the Worst Experience so far with Hari Packers and mover(Sxxxl Cxxxxxxxy) which is a fraud company. This Feedback is going to be a bit long because of the reason it actually took 29 days in order to receive my partial parcel. I am going to explain my experience as well as mentioning how to deal with him.
I booked his service on 28th June, paid him to advance(2000 Rs), and asked to come for pickup(One Scotty, 1 Bag, and I trolley) on 1st July at 10:00 am. I also called one day prior to remind him about the pickup, he didn’t answer the initial few calls and called me to inform his men is on the way for collecting the parcel. His men reached in the evening after many calls and requests as I had a flight for my hometown. After reaching my hometown I asked him after 5Days about the status, he picked the call and said it’s on the way and he will share the tracking number. He then sent me the bill over WhatsApp which was overpriced(Double price: Rise in the price of the base amount+ Service charges+ 18% GST). I called him for the same and he asked me to pay whatever he is asking or else he will not send my luggage. I tried to discuss but he was not ready to hear anything. I had no option but to pay for keeping my luggage safety into consideration. I paid him completely whatever he demanded and asked for the status. He assured me to send tracking number on WhatsApp, I waited for a day and started calling him. He didn’t answer my calls for 5-6 days hence I tried to text him, WhatsApp him, call him, and whatnot. I discussed the issue with my father and he called him from his calling number, Sunil Choudhary dropped the call after listening to the concern and never picked. I tried calling him from a lot of many numbers but no luck. I also called the 2nd fraud who picked up the luggage from my flat and CA of his company but nothing worked.
Promised he made:
1.There are no hidden charges, Reality: Doubled the price.
2.Delivery in 5 days, Reality: 29 days
3.Separate packing in boxes, scooty 5 layer packing, Reality: Not even a paper wrap on anything, locks broken and items missing.
4.Door to door delivery: Went 28kms to receive the luggage for the hub.
5.They own their own vehicle for delivery, Reality: Ask local highway truck driver
How to deal with him?
NEVER EVER TRUST HIM, I HAVE FACED THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

Please register your complaint or else I suggest you Please call on helpline number and they will provide a mobile number of a nearby police station. To be honest, only following this step helped me and I was able to get my parcel partially.
Steps ahead: I am going to lodge FIR Personally and also going to register to complain in consumer court.
