Fragrance:

The present market is flooded with soaps. Different shapes, colors and perfumes seem to seduce the ''today'' buyer, laying less emphasis on the real need and meaning of a soap.

Hamam, however is one of the few that stands out from this ever-deceiving crowd. Hamam has adorned the bathrooms of many for a long time now. The traditional green color is also pleasing to the eye, and priced at Rs. 17.50/-, some people overlook its good points for the price of it.

Apart from the main constituents that a soap possesses, hamam also contains extracts of the following - Neem. Aloe vera and the tulsi herb.

Neem -- The oil of neem is extracted form neem tree kernels. The father of the nation, believed in the goodness of neem and made chutney made from neem leaves as a part of his everyday diet. Azadirachta indica (the latin name of neem ) is used effectively against a variety of skin diseases, burns and septic sores. Neem leaves, in the form of poultices, are also used for boils, ulcers, and eczema. Neem oil is used for skin diseases like ulcers and ringworm.

Aloe vera -- It belongs to the liliaceae family. Aloe vera is credited to the famed beauty of Cleopatra. It helps to boost the immune system. Aloe vera also aids in healing of sunburns, reducing the symptoms of psoriasis,to soothe and hasten the healing of cuts.

Aloe vera molecules act as anti-inflammatory agent, and promote good circulation for the heart. And yes, even the nervous system benefits from it.

Tulsi -- Also known as Ocimum sanctum, it is widely grown in India. It helps to strengthens the immune system. Also helps to retain and maintain youthful vigour ( u all want that, dont u ? )Reduces inflammation that plays a major role in forms of arthritis, cancer. Tulsi is also claimed tom repel mosquitoes !!! Repairs damage to the skin cells done by UV rays as well.

Go herbal with hamam !!!
