I purchased a 55" LED TV. It had serious picture quality issues. Complained to the dealer. Took me 6 months for the company to replace the TV. The new TV too was equally bad. Again I complained. I was given a replacement, a different model, LE55B9700UG. This one too had the same quality issues. The service manager could not do anything. The worst thing: I am a manufacturer, trying to stay afloat amidst competition from MNC's by giving high quality products. Feels bad to be cheated like this.
