Recently We Had Renovated Our Office And We Had Already Decided That We Are Going To Replace Our Old Box TV Though We Had Purchased It Just 1 Year Back And It's Working Absolutely Fine But It Has Become Outdated Due To Its Old Box Designed Also Its Tooks Large Space So We Had Decided To Purchase LED TV Which Can Easily Mount On Wall Though We Prefer To Purchase LED TV Only Of Specific Brand Like SONY OR SAMSUNG And I Went With My Father To Purchase To Purchase It To Nearby Electronic Authorized Dealer We Had Seen Few Models Of Both The Brand And Confused Among 40 Or 48 Inch Size But That Moment.
~ The Salesman Shown Us LED TV Of HAIER And Recommended My Father To Purchase LED Television Of HAIER Brand As It Is Offering Almost Similar Specifications Like My Selected LED TV But Almost 11000 Rs Less Than Others LED We Are Confused As We Had Never Purchased Any Product Of HAIER Before But As It Has An Big Price Difference And Also Salesman Assured Us About Performance We Purchases It At a Price Of Rs 56000 Rs We Got The Delivery At The Same Moment But They Had Given Us HAIER CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER For Installation, I Had Called The Customer Service For Installation But They Had Refused To Did It On Same Day.
~ As All Installation Executive Of HAIER Are Busy And Installation Is Possible Only At Tomorrow Morning We Had Wait For It But No One Has Camed After That I Called To Customer Care But There Numbers Are Not Reachable I Had Complaint About It To Showroom Authority And They Had Told Me That Today In AnyHow Haier Executive Will Camed Surely For Installation And Around 7PM An Executive Of Haier Camed He Had Unboxed It The Packaging Was Average And Basic It Contains LED TV, TABLE STAND, REMOTE, 2 BATTERY, INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND WARRANTY CARD.
~ The Executive Had Taken 900 Rs For WALL MOUNT STAND As It Didn'T Come With TELEVISION And We Had Paid An Additional Amount For It And After 2 Hours He Had Completed The Installation In Looks And Design It Looks Like Other LED TV It Has 50 Inches Of Full HD Led Tv The Build Quality Of HAIER 127 50 FULL LED TV Is Poor It Is Made Up Of Poor Quality Plastic It Is Thin From Borders And Heavy In Weight, The Picture Quality Of HAIER LED TV Is Good The Colors Look Bright And Natural In It, The Balance Of Colors Are In a Right Proportion Which Helps In Display Sharp Image During Low Light Also.
~ The Sound Quality Of HAIER 127 Cm 50 FULL HD LED TV Is Worst The Sound Is Very Less Even After Raising Its Level To 100 The Sound Is Not Enough Comparing Its Sound To Other Brand LED TV Which We Are Using It At Our Home Their Voice Is Much Clear And Loud Their 50 Level Of Volume Is Equal To Haier 100 Level Of Volume, After Turning The Sound Of Haier LED TV It's Sound Output Burst Though Experience Of Watching Movies Or Videos Gets Spoiled Due To Less Harsh Disturbing SounD.
~ The Feature Are Minimal It Just Had Two 2 USB PORT, 1 HDMI PORT And PC INPUT Feature Overall I Will Not Recommend Anyone To Purchase HAIER 50 FULL HD LED TV As Its An Useless Product After Started Using It We Had Paid Rs 10000 More On Home Theatre In Order To Get Enough Amount Of Sound Within Less Than 2 Months Of Time Its Display Gets Faulty An Sudden Lining Appears On LED TV SCREEN And Slowly It Occurs On Whole Display, I Called The Customer Care And After Calling Them More Than 4 To 5 Times.
The Executive Camed To Check It He Blamed Me That We Had Cleaned It By Using Water Due To Moisture Remains On Display And It Display Got Faulty But In Reality We Had Never Even Cleaned It By Dry Cloth He Told Me That You Have To Pay Between 10 To 14000 For Its Display Replacement As It Didn'T Covered Under Warranty We Had Decided That We Will Not Waste Anymore Amount On It, No DoubT Its Price Is Less Comparing It To Other Brand LED But Quality And Performance Is Not Upto Mark And It Surely Gives a Trouble During The Usage .
