Here are the facts. We ate at Gypsey Chinese for the first time last night - 19th of June 2005.
The khimchi which are the cabbage starters came with the food and was quite tasteless. Though we had ordered a vegetarian Thai noodle we got one with fish sauce. It did not say so on the menu. We do not like fish so it was nauseating. Also it was obviously taken out of the freezer as it was soggy and wet. Mushrooms were hard, either raw or re-fried. The chicken Penang had lots of masala and lots of ajinomoto. We could have ordered the wrong item as we do not like masaledar stuff but there was no excuse for the chicken pieces in it to be fried hard. Probably stale which were re-fried. Oh yes, there was a lot of orange-red colour in the chicken. We wished we had eaten pavement chinese which we usually avoid to avoid the over abundance of synthetic colours.
